  • How close is your hotel to the beach?

    • The Marquis de Lafayette is situated directly across from the beach. Purchases for beach tags as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals are available on the beach in front of the hotel at Beach Avenue & Decatur Avenue.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • When booking directly with the hotel, a first night’s deposit is due when making a reservation. Any cancellations made 14 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund of deposit. Cancellations made 7- 14 days prior to arrival can be cancelled with a refund of first night's deposit minus a $25 cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within 7 days would result in a forfeiture of deposit.​

  • Does your hotel offer breakfast?​​

    • Unfortunately the Marquis does not offer breakfast on site at this time.

  • Is your hotel pet friendly?​

    • The first floor of the Marquis allows you to bring your furry friends along for the trip! The hotel must be notified of any pets at the time of making a reservation. Pets and Emotional Support Pets are only allowed on the first floor. Only service dogs with proper documentation are allowed in the elevations and on floors 2-6. Pets are allowed out on your balcony but not in the pool area.​

  • Is there dining available in or around your hotel?​

    • The Barefoot Bar is open to the public for lunch & dinner in season. There are also multiple dining options within walking distance to the hotel.​

  • Does your hotel offer parking and wifi?​

    • Yes. The Marquis has parking for guests of the hotel. One parking space per room and wifi is included with your resort fee.​
