Room Attendant

Performs routine duties in cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and baths under supervision of housekeeping supervisor. Room attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems.

He/She should maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all housekeeping departmental policies/service and also the hotel's procedures/standards. Additionally, maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.


  • Enters and prepares the room for cleaning.

  • Dusts the room and furniture.

  • Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies.

  • Cleans the bathroom.

  • Cleans the closet.

  • Vacuums the carpet.

  • Checks and secures the rooms.

  • Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.

  • Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards

  • Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests

  • Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning etc.) as required

  • Cleans guest bathroom/bedroom and entry.

  • Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.

  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times.

  • Be familiar with all hotel services/features.

  • Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.

  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.

  • Remove all dirty terry and replace with the clean par to the designated layout.

  • Remove soil, dirt, soap build-up and hair from bathroom mirrors, vanity, sink, toilet, shower walls, bathtub, shower curtain and floor.

  • Replace facial, toilet tissue and bathroom amenities in correct amount and location.

  • Remove dirty bed linen and make up bed with clean linen.

  • Clean closets and door tracks on check-out rooms, removing dust and debris. Ensure correct amount and placement of hangers, extra blanket/pillow and luggage rack.

  • Dust and polish all furniture.

  • Realign furniture to the floor plan.

  • Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of work area.

  • Responsible for the Hotel property in the work area.

  • Attends to guest calls, guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him.

  • Responsible for following the standard operating procedures.

  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction score.

  • Update status of rooms cleaned on assignment sheet.

  • Return and restock cart at end of shift.

Front Desk Agent

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reservations/Front Desk Agent to assist our customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions and booking rooms,


To be successful as a Reservation Agent/Front Desk Agent you must be able to work with minimal supervision and have good customer service skills. Additionally, you should be able to up-sell and have excellent knowledge our hotel property.
Reservation Agent Responsibilities:

  • Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.

  • Checking the availability of accommodation transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.

  • Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.

  • Selling and promoting reservation services.

  • Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.

  • Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services upgraded accommodations.

  • Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.

Reservation Agent Requirements:

  • High school diploma.

  • Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or will train the right candidate.

  • Customer-service experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Data entry experience.

  • Flexible working hours.

Front Desk Agent Responsibilities:

  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.

  • Manage online and phone reservations.

  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.

  • Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay).

  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.

  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities.

  • Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs.


  • Work experience as a Reservations/Hotel Front Desk Agent Receptionist or similar role preferred or will train the right candidate.

  • Experience with hotel reservations, front desk procedures or will train the right candidate.

  • Understanding of how travel planning websites operate.

  • Good customer service attitude.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Laundry Attendant/ Houseman

FROM $16/ hour

Hotel Houseman

  • Assist housekeeping staff with linen and trash removal.

  • Assist with removal of linens from the bed

Laundry Attendant Duties

  • Handle washer/dryer problems.

  • Perform daily cleaning of all linens.

  • Empty the linen chute and separate linens.

  • Load the washers and dryers.

  • Fold linens and stock linen closets/housekeeping office.

  • Clean lint screens.
