ROOM STYLES
  • This is an 83 units, non-smoking hotel with twelve different room styles to choose from.
  • Units styles include standard rooms, suites, and penthouse suites.
  • Occupancy on different room styles range from two to six persons. Specific occupancy cannot be exceeded.
  • A limited quantity of connecting rooms and suites are available.
  • Seventeen (17) first floor units are designated as Pet Friendly.
ROOM PLACEMENT
  • Every attempt is made to assist our guests with special needs. However, specific room numbers and floors cannot be guaranteed. Please note that certain rooms styles are only located in specific areas.

PET FRIENDLY ROOMS

  • Pets are permitted in designated pet friendly rooms located only on the first floor.
  • Pets are not permitted inside the hotel lobbies, in any room above the first floor, by the pool, restaurant, or bar areas.

RENTAL AGE

  • Rooms are rented to customers 21 years of age or older—identification may be required.
  • A responsible adults of this age must be registered to each room rented and only their credit card may be used for hotel transactions.
  • Minors may not be registered to a room without a responsible adult registered to the same room.

RATES

  • Rates are based on double occupancy regardless of room capacity.
  • Published Rates and Savings Coupons are subject to change without notice.
  • Rates are honored with confirmed reservation.
  • Family Plan includes two (2) adults and up to two (2) two children seven (7) years of age and under for free infants under 2 are free at all times.
  • Additional guests are $25 per person, per night
  • Rates include free parking, *complimentary breakfast and beach tag reimbursement for registered guests.

* Breakfast and beach tags may or may not be included for manager specials, promotions, contractual reservations or those booked through third party e-commerce sites online.

AVAILABLE DISCOUNTS

  • 10% discount for members of the American Automobile Association (AAA), Canadian Automobile Association (CAA), and AARP. Good at any time with no blackout dates.
  • Please refer to the Deposit and Cancellation Policy for Published Rates.
  • 25% discount for repeat customers who have stayed at the hotel at least once in the last two years or are reflected in our data base. Good at any time with no blackout dates.
  • Please refer to the Deposit and Cancellation Policy for Best Available Rates.
  • Savings Coupons are advertised on our web site and brochure. Blackout dates may apply.

* Discounts are applied towards the “Published Rates” only and cannot be applied with other specials or discounts. Different discounts may be applied to individual nights (one per night) throughout the stay to provide our customers with the best available rate at the time of booking.

GROUP RATES

  • If booking ten (10) rooms or more groups may be eligible for additional discounts. Blackout periods apply. Please contact our Group Sales Manager.

DEPOSIT POLICY

  • Best Available Rates including 25% Repeat Customer Discount, Coupon Specials, Promotions, and Packages Require a Deposit of All Room Nights including Tax at the time the reservation is made.
  • Published Rates, 10% AAA, CAA, and AARP discounts require a deposit of one night room and tax at the time the reservation is made. The balance is due upon arrival.
  • Additional Charges Other Than Room and Tax are only due upon arrival such as Extra Persons, Pet Fees, Cot/Crib Rental, etc.

CANCELATION POLICY

  • Best Available Rates - If a cancellation is made more than ten (10) days in advance the first night (room and tax) is forfeited. If canceled ten (10) days or less prior to the arrival date the entire deposit (all rooms nights) is forfeited.
  • Published Rates, AAA, and AARP - If a cancellation is made more than ten (10) days in advance of the arrival date the one night deposit is refunded less a $25 cancellation fee. If canceled ten (10) days or less prior to arrival the entire deposit (one room night) is forfeited.

ADDITIONAL FEES (as applicable)

  • Additional person charges - $25 per person, per night
  • Pet Fee - $20 per pet, per night and a one time $100 refundable, cash pet security deposit upon arrival
  • Cots and/or Cribs - $20 each per night
  • Additional Parking Permits (if available) - $20 per permit, per night (one free permit per room)
  • Extraordinary cleaning charges (trashed rooms, bodily fluids, etc.) - minimum $100 and up.
  • Smoking in Rooms - $250 (including extraordinary cleaning charge )
  • Deposits - $5 each per room key and pool tag (included in/added to security deposit as indicated below). If deposit items are returned at check-out the full amount is refunded.

SECURITY DEPOSITS

  • A valid credit card is required at check-in. A minimum authorization of $60 is secured to cover any incidentals charged to the room and is maintained over and above any balance due and room charges billed to your account (phone calls, movie / game purchases, food and beverages). Customers with declined credit cards at check in will be required to pay cash before accessing rooms and must provide a $100 cash security deposit for incidentals.
  • If balances due to the hotel prior to check in cannot be covered by credit card or cash, the hotel management reserves the right to reduce the number of room nights reserved until the balance is met or cancel the reservation prior to check-in.
  • A refundable cash room security deposit and drivers license are required if checking in without a credit card or if a credit card is declined. This security must be kept at $100 over and above any incidentals charged to your account. Balances due upon arrival (room, extra person charges, pet fees, cot/crib rentals, etc.) must be paid in full at the time of check-in. This deposit is returned after a room inspection and balances are paid.
  • A pet security deposits of $100 is due upon arrival in cash and refundable after room inspection on your check-out day. Pet friendly rooms with connecting doors are required to provide $100 for each room accessible by the pet.
