Advance deposit reservation only.

Confirmation of room
type and rate will be sent and is valid upon receipt of deposit.
Additional person and pet fee charges are charged at check in or
check out.

Deposit refunded and
subject to $25 service charge, if notified of cancellation 10 days
prior to arrival date.

Pets allowed in selected rooms for an additional
$20 per pet, per night. Pet damage cash deposit $100. Refundable if no
damage.

Cash will be accepted. No personal or business checks
accepted unless previously arranged.

Credit card is required
at check-in. A $60 security deposit is authorized on this card plus
any anticipated balance due. This deposit is released after
check-out. If no credit card, a cash deposit of $100 is required.
